We keep things fresh by switching up the equipment—TRX, Gliders, Bosu Balls, Ladders, Steps, Medicine Balls, and more—so your muscles never get too comfortable. Plus, we bring the energy
with a variety of workout styles, including Circuits, HIIT, Tabata, Cards, Fun Fridays, Basic Strength,
and even Holiday-Themed Workouts!

Yoga & Mindfullness

BOUNCE
Get ready to jump, sweat, and tone in this high-energy Bounce class! Combining dance-choreographed cardio jumping with low-impact rebounding, this workout torches up to 700 calories per class while
being easy on your joints. You’ll finish strong with 15 minutes of muscle toning, lying on the trampoline
for a full-body sculpting session.
